Recently, the project of exporting 750 tons/day low-temperature soybean meal project to Russia by Shandong chemSta has been successfully launched. At present, the equipment is under intensive production. This project is another large soybean deep processing project exported by our company to Russia after 800 tons/day soybean low temperature meal project.
The client of this project is a large agricultural enterprise group company in Russia. It has nearly 50 years of experience in processing agricultural products. Its business covers soybean deep processing, dairy products, poultry breeding, greenhouse vegetable breeding and other product areas. It has dozens of offices in Russia and other countries and regions in the world. During the project evaluation process, the chemSta team conducted comprehensive and multi-level technical exchanges with customers. During the period, the customer team visited the design and manufacturing strength of chemSta company in China, and visited the under-construction and running projects. The construction and operation situation fully affirmed the advanced technology level, fine automatic control technology and perfect equipment manufacturing capability of chemSta. Finally, after comprehensive measurement and comparison, the project was decided to be submitted to chemSta company for construction.
As a well-known domestic enterprise in soybean deep processing field, chemSta has successfully built dozens of low-temperature soybean meal and soybean protein projects for domestic and foreign customers by relying on advanced technology, core equipment, intelligent control and other core advantages, and has accumulated rich practical experience in the field of soybean deep processing. The project is scheduled to start shipment in July 2019, followed by installation work.
